I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean and surprisingly spacious for this type of hotel, but they do have that standard Ibis style layout and design. The service was top-notch; the staff were not only very good but also friendly and responsive - they even sent on a package I had left in our room. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to the bus stop that takes you to the train station and the lake. The dining experience was delightful, with a good variety of options to choose from and the hot Belgian waffles were a real treat. The facilities were excellent, and I couldn't have asked for more.

Upon arrival, the room was a bit cold, and I found it rather small with a plastic container-like bathroom inside. Despite being uncomfortably hot initially, even with the heating off, the quality of furniture was below average, resembling an 'IBIS budget' version on the same floor. The hotel does offer a very friendly service from the front desk to the lady managing breakfast, although the rooms were not ideal in terms of size and furnishings.
